Requesting a reset

Open Forgot password and enter your email address.

For security reasons, the form always shows the same confirmation, whether or not an account actually exists for the address you entered. That way, nobody can use this form to find out which email addresses are registered with you.

Setting a new password

If an account exists for your address, you'll receive an email with a reset link. The link is only valid for a short time and works only once — on that page you simply enter your new password.
