A fixed welcome and help text

The Info widget shows a fixed text - usually a short welcome with a few pointers on how the dashboard works. Unlike most other widgets, you don't set its content yourself: it's defined centrally and looks the same on every dashboard.

The gear icon, as with any widget, only lets you change its size and move it - the text itself isn't editable here.

Only one Info widget per dashboard makes sense, so unlike, say, Notes, it can't be added a second time.
