Account overview, profile & linked devices

Under Settings — also reachable via your profile picture in the top right — you can see your account's status, edit your profile data, and keep an eye on your linked devices.

Account status

This card summarizes your account: how long you've been a member (with the exact registration date), which groups you belong to, and — if your account has a title or admin rights — a note about that too.

At the bottom, the Membership line shows one of three status pills:

  • Active (green) — the normal case: your account has no expiry date.
  • Valid until … (blue) — your account has an expiry date, but it's still in the future.
  • Expired on … (red) — the set date has already passed.

Account status

The expiry date is set exclusively by an administrator in the backend — you can't change it here yourself. With no date set, your account stays active indefinitely.

If you have access to notifications, you'll also find a separate, collapsible group here for your notification preferences — see Notifications for more.

Profile

Here you can update your stored details: full name, email address, phone number (optional), and your password. Your username can't be changed. Leaving the password field empty keeps your current password unchanged.

Profile

The newsletter checkbox lets you decide whether you'd like to receive the newsletter — you can change this at any time.

Your profile picture at the top of this card can't be changed here yet — ask an administrator to update it for you.

If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on this site, an additional section appears here letting you turn it on or off for your account and scan the QR code into your authenticator app.

Sensors & Stations

At the bottom of the page, you'll see every device linked to your account: whether it's currently online, its latest reading and how old it is, and when it last sent data. "Open in dashboard" jumps straight to that device on the dashboard.

Sensors & Stations

If no devices are assigned to you yet, this card lets you know — see New device for how to add one. For an overview of all your devices together, check the Dashboard.
